The City of Kamloops is offering a Tax Incentive Program (TIP) to property owners to assist with the costs of preservation, restoration and/or rehabilitation of an eligible Heritage Resource within the city of Kamloops.
The City’s cultural heritage provides the community a framework in which it can identify which of its resources (Buildings, Sites, Structures, Objects, Districts) are significant and then set out to plan for their management.
