Kamloops Economic Podcasts Now Available
New Venture Kamloops Economic Update Podcasts focus on needs of International Investors

Kamloops, BC- Venture Kamloops, the economic development arm of the City of Kamloops, has launched the Venture Kamloops Economic Update Podcasts in partnership with Radio NL Broadcasting. The bi-monthly Podcasts will be a brief summary of the key community economic development stories that have aired on Radio NL during the previous two week. 

The purpose of the Podcasts is to provide valuable community development information to potential local, national and international investors in an effective and time efficient manner. Thus, enhancing our communities capability and effectiveness to attract, retain, and expand foreign direct investment. 

“At Venture Kamloops were are continually asked by potential investors what is going on in Kamloops, what major projects are being undertaken and what trends are being experienced in the community” says Anita Grover, Acting Executive Director, “These Podcasts will enable everyone to access that information in a matter of minutes and get a pulse of what is happening in our community.”

As a result a new Kamloops Media & News Updates page has been developed on the Venture Kamloops website. The page will house the Podcasts, alongside additional media stories, our E-newsletters, a Kamloops Photo Gallery and soon our City of Rivers supplements. It will be a great one-stop shop of community information.
