City of Kamloops, BC

Incorporated in 1893, the City of Kamloops is the metropolitan and shopping hub of the Thompson, Nicola, and Shuswap economic district.

Kamloops is situated in the heart of British Columbia's Southern Interior nestled is a lush scenic valley at the confluence of the North Thompson River and South Thompson River. 

Kamloops is the third largest city by population and economic prosperity in British Columbia outside the Lower Mainland with approximately 86,000 people residing within its municipal boundaries. Kamloops covers 373 square kilometers (144 square miles).
