Dan Sulz has focused his career on the financial service industry, specializing in the commercial sector, small business development, marketing and strategic planning. He has gained a wealth of experience in economic development as 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce. He also plays an active role in the community as a member of the Coordinated Enforcement Task Force, Kamloops Rotary Club, Graffiti Task Force and the Triathlon Club.

Manager, Economic Development
Anita Grover is responsible for business attraction, retention and expansion activities. As the primary liaison for Venture Kamloops, she works with all levels of government, key industry associations, and businesses to help to attract investment, strengthen and grow the Kamloops economy. Previous experience includes working for the Department of Information Technology in Manitoba, the Canadian International Development Agency in Quebec, and the Trade Department of the Canadian Embassy in Moscow.

New Business Development Specialist
Mike O’Reilly is responsible for identifying and attracting new business to Kamloops. He brings considerable experience to the position gained as the Regional Account Manager for Xerox Canada for the Interior of British Columbia. His strategic approach and proven track record are complemented by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the City. Having grown up in Kamloops, he is very involved in the community and is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Kamloops Fusion, serving as President in 2007-2008.

Colin O’Leary is mainly responsible for the business attraction, retention and expansion (BR&E) activities with Venture Kamloops. With a robust foundation in science and technology, coupled with an MBA from The Sauder School of business, Colin brings an eclectic mixture of business acumen and experience to his position at Venture Kamloops. Having been a part of many successful business start-ups and working with numerous new business ventures, Colin can bring firsthand understanding to the table for clients looking to embark in the excitement of their own business start-up. Other areas of expertise based on past experience include: strategic management, finance analysis, marketing insights, and business innovation.
