What is BusinessCARE?

How does it operate

BusinessCARE is a service provided for new entrepreneurs and existing business people wanting customized, confidential assistance in moving their business forward.

After your no cost initial consultation, you can begin a business model that is appropriate for your needs. Choose from the basic or the advanced model.

• Basic Model: For new start-ups or businesses in the early stages of operations, this service is one-on-one and can last as long as one year. The first hour of service is free, followed by a one-time fee of $175+GST for the entire year of service.
  
  
• Advanced Model: Established businsses thinking about expanding operations or requiring more in-depth coaching in order to progress will benefit from the advanced model. A team of specialized coaches offer assistance with marketing, financial management, human resources, personal development, health safety and more.
  
  The fee of $2,000 + GST includes 36 hours of customized coaching for you and your staff plus the initial assessment and follow-up sessions by the BusinessCARE manager. This model also includes inclusion of your business profile in the Venture Kamloops Economic Development Newsletter.
